A Mad Engineer in an even Madder world

Existance

I am a Junior at MIT studying Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Materials Science and some various Electrical Engineering and Product Design. But that’s the boring stuff. I grew up in a welding and machine shop my father ran out of a shop attached to our house, and have been making things for longer than I remember. I build custom motorcycles, hack on crackpot projects, and think on better ways of mere existence.

Of late I have become more and more invested in the start up world, working within the Boston and MIT communities and exploring many exciting ventures.  Of note is Course Zero and the MIT E-Club, both of which I must publicly thank for infecting me with the entrepreneurship bug which may well torment me for the remainder of my days.
